Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates earn 10% residual commissions on the net revenue of every referred customer's active subscription. Commissions accrue monthly and become eligible for payout after a 90-day holding period from the date of the referred customer's first payment.

Payouts are processed monthly via ACH bank transfer or Stripe Connect. Minimum payout threshold is $25.00 USD. Affiliates must maintain a valid payment method on file.

Referral cookies are valid for 90 days from the first click. If a prospect signs up within this window, the referring affiliate receives credit.

Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding (PPC on 'Net30Hosting' brand terms), spam, misleading claims, and incentivized signups are prohibited. Violations result in strikes and potential termination.

Affiliates may receive strikes for violations: Warning (1st), Suspension (2nd), Termination (3rd). Strikes are permanent. Terminated affiliates forfeit unpaid commissions.

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending eligible commissions will be paid in the next payout cycle. Affiliates terminated for fraud forfeit all unpaid commissions.

Affiliates may use Net30Hosting logos and marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard. Custom materials must be approved before use.

Net30Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
