1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Net30Hosting's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Services

Net30Hosting provides web hosting, professional email, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. As a feature of our hosting plans, we report on-time payment history to business credit bureaus including Equifax Business and PayNet.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a registered business entity (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
• Have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN)
• Provide accurate and complete business information

Sole proprietorships using a Social Security Number are not eligible for credit reporting services.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payment & Billing

All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the charge.

6. Credit Reporting Disclaimer

Important: Net30Hosting reports on-time payments to Equifax Business and PayNet. However, we do not guarantee any specific credit scores, credit approvals, or financial outcomes. Credit reporting results vary based on many factors outside our control, including your existing credit history and the credit bureau's evaluation criteria.

7. Verification Process

All accounts undergo business verification (3-7 business days). Rush Verification ($9.95 one-time) moves you to the front of the queue but does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline service if verification fails.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Host illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
• Distribute malware, phishing, or spam
• Overload servers or interfere with other customers
• Resell services without written authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

9. Service Level & Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Our infrastructure status is publicly available at the Infrastructure page.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal and business data as described therein. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net30Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon cancellation, your hosting and email services will be deactivated at the end of the current billing cycle. We will continue to retain your payment history as reported to credit bureaus per our bureau partnership agreements.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
